BTW count yourself lucky if the page actually finishes loading... I get last time I checked to 27% and it just hangs... I suspect their servers to be getting hammered right now.

BioWare announced that they will be taking beta signups for their up-coming MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic. The announcement seems to have been a big hit, as the web servers hosting the SWTOR site have been slowed down, and are now being worked on to improve performance.

Due to stability problems with one of our hosts, we have moved the site to a new location.

Our server was down for about 14 days due to a semi-failed data-center move on our hosts part. As it is right now, we still have no access other then web. We will update this post once other services are accessible.
